Leadership for Nonprofit and Community Development LLC (L4NCD) works with community stakeholders to realize a healthier and harmonious world. Founded by Shawn Johnson, L4NCD was a result of his vision of supporting impacted areas through community and leadership development. For two decades, Shawn has dedicated his life to supporting community members and nonprofits with achieving community development outcomes. He believes that everyone has the inherent ability to influence change and L4NCD is the mechanism that supports individuals with refining their existing power.
